110% highly recommended. From the time we set up our appointment to the final inspection, Abbey Carpet and Floor has been outstanding. Our Project Manager Micaela Wagner helped us select the LVP flooring for our foyer and 1/2 bath and added the toilet and vanity replacement since our floor was damaged from a leaking toilet with a missing wax ring. Their contractor Isamu Construction was a 5-star + company and did everything spot on. The estimator Lawrence was spot on with the material, only 1 full plank left over. We’re now considering flooring some other rooms in our house and recommended them to friends and relatives who have asked. Mahalo Abbey Carpet 7& Floor!

Excellent communication. Friendly personality for Tim and staff.
Had a sewage back up in December. Roto rooter pulled everything out and we chose Isamu Construction for their timely responses and excellent work. Tim worked closely with our insurance adjuster. Took a while for each party to come to an agreement, but that’s just how things go. Tim made sure to follow up with us after every conversation with the adjuster. Had to get a whole new floor and restore two bathrooms. All of the work done in less than a week.
Overall, very satisfied with their work. Will consider using them again for future projects. This is my first time finding and selecting a contractor. Tim made it really easy. Always open to answer any questions and made sure that we were happy with the job.
